it's not caused by your skinmalfunctioning it's not caused by your genetics genetics may make certainpeople a bit more susceptible to psoriasis but it doesn't cause plaque surprisesthat's the important thing to understand so don't think that because you hadpsoriasis for a while that you're doomed to suffer from it forever that's not thecase essentiallymost cases of plaque psoriasis what's going on is that toxinsfrom inside the body whether it be toxins that are naturally produced fromthe body's own processes or toxins that

you're takingthe food or air orwater essentially toxins inside the body are not being expelled efficiently viathe the bodies preferred methods of detoxifiion such as sending toxinsout via the urine and bowel movements so instead these toxins build upyourjoints or as a last resort your body dumps these toxins out beingyour skin causing plaques on this and this is actually very crediblesome of the keys are cleaning up your diet you can't be eating junk food andinking sodas and expecting to be cured

of psoriasis typically people with psoriasis havebeen eating either junk food such as sugary stuff for sugary beverages oreating foods made from flour or inking a good deal of alcohol essentially you generally need to cleanup your diet eat plenty of you know fresh vegetables and fruits and plentyof fiber and you can take certain supplements such as probiotics andomega3 fatty acid supplements and i'll put links and further info on those inthe description box underneath this

inside the body that then comes out theyour skin as plaques or asus and you can clean that up bycleaning up your diet and using other measures and also candida or type ofyeast that may growyour intestines that can also lead to play exercises bydumping a lot of toxins into your body and taking those probiotics i mentionedcan help replace those candida yeast with the beneficial bacteria that belongin your column and that way all those toxins are not being dumped out yourbeing your skin causing plaque psoriasis if you want we're info on what I'vetalked about this tutorial just checked out

Minding your mitochonia Terry Wahls TEDxIowaCity

So, I love doing Taekwondo and was once a national champion. But a lot has changed since then. I went off to medical school, became a physician. I had a son, and then a daughter. And I developed a chronic disease for which there is no cure. In 2000 when I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, I turned to the best MS center I could find, the Cleveland . I saw the very best s, received the best care possible.

taking the latest newest ugs. Still by 2003, my disease had transitionedto secondary progressive MS. I took the recommended chemoterapy I got the tiltrecline wheelchair. I had one with a motorI could ive around. I took Tysabri. And then CellCept but continued to become more severely disabled. My disease had transitioned.

I was afraid that I was going to become beidden. I turned to reading the latest research using podmed.gov I knew that brains afflicted with MS, overtime, shrank. I therefore went, every night, reading the latest medical research about the diseaseswhich brains shrank. These diseases were Huntington's, Parkison's and Alzheimer's. I saw thatall three conditions, the mitochonia do not work well, leading to shrinking brains.

With more searching, I found studieswhich mice's brains andtheir mytochonia had been protected. Using fish oil, creatine and coenzyme Q. I translated those mouse sized doses into human sized ones and began my first round of self experimentation. The rapidity of my declined slowed and I was very grateful. But I was still declining. Next I discovered the Institute for Functional Medicine.

And through their continuing medical eduion course, Neuroprotection, a functional medicine approach to commonand uncommon neurologic synomes, I learned more brain cell biology andwhat I could do to protect mine. This is some of what I learned. We have a billion cellsour brains, with ten trillion connections. All of that connective wiring must be insulated with something called myelin. And multiple sclerosis damages myelin. In order to make healthier vast myelin, your brain needs a lot of B vitamins.

In particular vitamin B1, which is thiamine, B9 which is folate, B12 which is cobalamin. It also needs omega3 fatty acids and iodine. This is a sinapse. Those beautiful golden ops are the neurotransmitters. For your brain to make neurotransmitters, it needs a lot of sulfur and vitamin B6, which is pyridoxine.

Is The Paleo Diet Good For Candida

Hi there. It's Eric Bakker, naturopath fromNew Zealand. I'm author of a book called Candida Crusher and formulator of the range of supplementscalled Canxida. Thanks for checking out my tutorial. A question I get asked from time totime from patients all around the world is quot;Eric, is the Paleo diet any good for CandidaéWhat do you think of the Paleo dietéquot; You may know by now if you've seen some ofmy tutorials, the views I have on diets. Diet to me is not really a word I like to use toomuch because I believe that we're all individuals and we all need to really work out what foodsbest suit our needs. If you've looked at my book, Candida Crusher, you'll realize thatI give you a lot of suggestions and guidelines,

but I don't say, quot; You need to do this andyou need to have to do that.quot; I'm very open for people to experiment on different kindsof diets and I've always believed that no one size fits all. That's for sure.I went out clothes shopping yesterday. My wife took me out because I don't really likebuying clothes. I hate it, so she takes me out. And I go to have a look at the rack withTshirtsit and there's a million Tshirts with all different designs and colors andthere is a really nice one I liked, a purple one with all flowers on it. And my wife said, quot; You can't have that. You'll look crazythat.quot; And then I picked up another one andshe said, quot; No. You'll look even weirder in

this one.quot; It's a perfect analogy to showyou that everyone has got different tastes. There are many different designs, shapes andcolors out there. And why do you think they've got a rack with a zillion different designsand colorsé Because not one size fits all. That's why. It's the same with Paleo diets and SCD diets and jelly bean diets and South Beach diets,Atkins diets. Whatever diet you want. There are a million diets. You can see the booksI've got on my bookcases. I've got a huge big bookcase the full length of this wallhere. They're all diet books. I've looked at lots of diet books over the years and Ican tell you now, I've applied lots of different

kinds of diets to people and I've found thatmany people would agree with parts of the diet, but not agree with other parts of thediet. They would incorporate some foods they weren't supposed to do and yet, they feltokay on it. I've particularly found that with the blood type diet. Remember the blood typedieté The A, the O type, AB type. If you're an O type, eats lots of meat. If you're anA type, you're more the vegetarian type. What a load of crap. I don't really believe inthese sort of diets. When I went to the States2003, I can remembera at a seminar saying, quot;I've got a new diet. Eat according to your social securitynumber diet.quot; Don't fall for diets. The Paleo,

though, is not new. It's been around a longtime. I've been reading books like this for a long time. Paleolithic Prescription, thisis backthe 80s. This is a good book. Native Nutrition. Quite a nice book. These bookshave been around 20, 30 or 40 years. I was recommending Paleolithic kind of eating habitsto people back1986, a long time ago now, telling people that they need to cut backon a lot of different kinds of foodstheir diet. Cut back a bit on bread. Cut back abit on grainsgeneral. Eat more of the lean meats and eat lots of vegetables, whichis basically a Paleo diet. That's the way I eat.But I can tell you now, the research I've

done, I'm not a fan of red meat. Small amountsof red meat from time to time are okay. One day red meat will be seen to be very, verytoxic to the body like alcohol is. I think red meat is fine. Don't get me wrong. ButI think peoplethis country where I live eat red meat nearly every day. And I knowin the States, a lot of people eat big steaks three or four times a week. It's too much.Meats are a very powerful concentrated food. If you are going to eat red meat like I do,you have a very small piece of red meat. You don't have like a big 16ounce steak. It'snot good for your digestive system to do that. Not at all. It's a very heavy, strong food.I'm more of a fan of fish. Fresh fish that
