This is Rachel, with Nutrolution,MiamiBeach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about foods to eat if you have psoriasis, and also what is psoriasis. So, psoriasis is actually a skin condition, and we don'tknow exactly why psoriasis occurs, but it is relatively common, and kind of its sisterskin condition is called eczema. So, I put these twothe same egory when it comesto nutritional modalities to help, and some of the most important keys that I focus onwith my patients that have one of these two conditions is number one, eliminating toxicityfrom the diet, so eliminating dairy, eliminating gluten. These are inflammatory foods thatadd toxicity and sometimes manifest as skin
conditions. Also, just reducing sugars altogether, and taking an antiyeast protocol with the intestines and also systemically. And then, one of the things that I also always do with my skin psoriasis patients is to increasethe Omega 3, and also the Omega 6 fatty acids. So, this is an example of your, whoops, ofyour Omega 3 fatty acids, and this is a fish oil. It's wonderful, it's pure. And also, increasing the other fats from your dietthe forms of olive oil, almond oil, nuts, seeds, avocados, and so on. This is Rachel, with Nutrolution,Miami Beach, Florida.
Health Problems Related To Gluten Well
Speaker 1: A lot of people aren't consideringthe fact that something like MS can be associated with gluten sensitivities or intolerances.A lot of people aren't thinking that certain things like arthritis, eczema, asthma canbe associated. Surprisingly, you take people off of gluten or they go on a glutenfreediet for an extended period of time and yes, that's exactly what happens. In fact, did you know that one third of a people who are presenting to with IBS,irritable bowel, so they're having a loose bowel movement and whatnot, 30% of those peopleare coming back with something called a wheat sensitivity. It's not Celiac disease. They'renot testing positive from their physicians
on blood tests, on actual biopsies. They can'tshow Celiac disease and yet they have irritable bowel. They get rid of the wheattheirdiet and it goes away. What are we going to do about thisé I wouldsay remove it from our diet for a 30 day period. Be very, very specific and adamant about investigatingevery item that's coming in. Did you know that lentils are cross contaminated with glutenéYes, you can see on my website, I have a tutorial on lintels beingevery single batch I testedacross the US and Canada, I will pull them out of the bins, pour them into a dish, siftthrough them and you'll find wheat kernelsthe lentils. It's coming from the distributor. They grow the lentils and the wheat side by
side or they cross rotate the cross and they'llstore them and transport themthe same facilities so you end up with wheatyourlentils. A 100% effort equals 100% results. Find all of those hidden sources, get it outfor those 30 days .
